We are looking for experienced Parts department personnel and Service Writers.
PARTS DEPARTMENT: Ability to use parts and accessory catalogs, and choose correct fitment for the customer's application. Accuracy with computerized cash register and inventory functions. Organize parts storage area and maintain inventory locations and stock. SERVICE WRITER: Must have neat and professional appearence. Ability to interact with different types of customers. Knowledge of Harley-Davidson service and warranty procedures and accessorizing would be a definite plus. Accurate transcription of customers needs and concerns onto work order and effectively communicating that information to the technicians. Ensure the accuracy and timely completion of required paperwork.
SHIPPER/RECEIVER: Must have the ability to receive incoming shippments from various vendors, verify pack lists to actual shippments, short/overage resolution, bin location maintanence, inventory counts discrepancy maintanence, lift 65lbs., and various other duties as needed. A high degree of accuracy is required, computer skills necessary, and computerized inventory experience a plus. Dependability is a must. | |
