"I purchased my bike after participating in a Factory Ride event. The event itself was good and the staff we talked to after the ride were really good and no pressure was put on us at any time to make a purchase.
When I brought my bike in for the 1K service, dropping off the bike was good, the service person was very thorough about what needed to be done and about getting back to me when the bike was finished. "

"I recently had my Sportster trike serviced at Precision. I am in a wheelchair so my trike is set up for me to ride with the wheelchair and wife on bike. Precision treated me with respect and patiently listened to what I wanted done to my bike. I had new Heilbars installed which were something new to Precision, but they went ahead and went the extra mile to contact the company directly for what needed to be done to install the handlebars. I also had brake work and new shocks done. I can't say enough about how I was treated, with phone calls back and forth, and two visits to make sure the bars were what I wanted and fitted just to me. Everyone from Joel, who wrote the orders and RG the Service Manager, to Kevin the mechanic, all went out of their way to make my experience in dealing with Precision something I will never forget. It was a great experience and I will tell everyone I know about it!!"

"My name is Jason, I ride an '87 Sportster converted to an Ironhead. Your shop rebuilt my heads, found a set of forward controls for my oddball Sportster and will be installing (I have an appointment for the end of April) my new skins, speedo drive (first time I'll have a speedo...lol) and centering my front narrow wheel on my wide front end (better than I did, I'm sure). I do most of my own work, but sometimes I just don't have the resources to do some of the work, as much as I'd like to. I have been to another HD "dealership" in RI and they said that they can't work on my bike because it's a custom, even though it's all HD parts, albeit from different HD models. What kind of (and I use this term very loosely) dealership can't work on custom HD's? If you don't have a button down shirt, they won't give you the time of day. Your shop is always there, front and center. I just want to say thank you and please, for people like me, keep up the great work. Thank you very much, Jason Greenhalgh"

"I just decided, at age 42, that I was finally going to get a motorcycle. I've always been in love with Harleys, I mean what American isn't, but always figured I couldn't afford one. I shopped around and researched a number of other bikes and had settled on a Suzuki Boulevard C50. Then on a whim one day I landed at Precision with a friend of mine and met Andy. He spent a good half hour or more just chatting with me about Harley Davidson and bikes in general. I left feeling good, but disappointed because I couldn't afford anything in the showroom.
About a month later I popped onto the website and noticed an '04 Dyna Superglide that was squarely in my price range. I put a deposit down immediately.
I picked the bike up yesterday, Joseph handled the delivery, and couldn't be happier with it. I've got about 100 miles on it already.
My entire experience at Precision was top notch. Andy spent a ton of time with me on my first visit talking bikes, even though everything was out of my reach. When I came back to look at the Dyna, he went over it completely with me. Joseph handled delivery of the bike and the initial sales paperwork, and he was great. When I picked it up, he went over all the controls with me and gave me a few tips to ease my new rider nerves. (This isn't just my first Harley it's my first motorcycle ever.) After his advice and a few laps around the lot on my new ride to get the feel, I was off!
These two guys, along with Marlene who made the whole money thing painless, are the best. My experience at Precision is easily one of ever had in terms of best customer service."

"just wanted a windshield. couldnt find one but precision had it. Pulled it on a phone call and had it waiting for me. Very busy when i walked in but I had to wait for a service agent for about 15 seconds. She was awesome. Got the windshield...opened right there and insisted WE inspect it.Once WE were happy she re-wrapped the box and sent me on my way. Quick, easy, Thorough. No hassle, no pressure. Spoke with i think was a sales rep about a beauty of a street glide on the floor. He was VERY knowing polite and curtious...again no pressure. I just recently got the green light to trade my 02 classic in next spring(09). I am definately going to this place. no questions asked, and I live 3/4 of a mile from a Harley dealer. Huge store with TONS of accessories, and other merchandise"

"Owned mostly Honda's and one 74 XLCH. After 8 years of not having a bike I wanted a new one. I founf just what I was looking for same color and everything I wanted on it and didn't have to wait. Sales was AAA+++ and Financing was no trouble at all and you had the bike ready to go right from the box in 5 days, that was great. Needed the shocks moved up for better ride with 2 people and Richy came out and did it for me (out standing service from someone that didn't have to do it). Alway get back a clean bike after service and with all the addons I put on the bike (2 hour cleaning job) that is great. Parts dept is very helpfull and alway helps in getting the part I need and makes sure it fits, as well as always having what I need in stock and that is great since I am not one that likes to wait.
